Knoll Farm is on a hillside overlooking the village of Waitsfield, Vermont. We are 1 hour northwest of White River Junction, or 1 hour southeast of Burlington. We are easy to find, conveniently located near the farmer’s market, inns, ski areas, and other attractions of the Mad River Valley.

Sunday 9-3
*visitors who check in at the farm store before 6 pm may stay at the farm until dusk. Season pass holders may bring their own picnic; everyone else please purchase a picnic at the farm stand before 6 pm.
Refuge and Farm Tours:
Please contact us if you wish to tour the farm before you plan an event or retreat at the Refuge. We do not offer tours to the general public. Thank you for your understanding that we are also a private residential community, so we allow visitors only during open hours.
