This calendar is for bookings that are open to the public in 2020. We hope you’ll join us.

Whether you are an organization, business, state agency, yoga studio, school, or family looking for a unique wedding or reunion spot, you can book your own event or retreat with us.

Full Moon Rising – A Community Picnic

 Date: July 5
Time: 5:00 PM
 Cost: Free

Bring your picnic basket, your family, your chairs and blankets.  We’ll provide fires and music.  The earth will provide a spectacular full moon, and Knoll Farm’s big mountain pasture is the perfect place to watch it rise over the Mad River Valley and to mark together what we’ve all been through.  MORE…

Blueberry Sundays

Date: July 19, 26, Aug 2, 9, 16
Time: 9:00 am – 12:00 pm
Cost: Only the berries you pick

On Sundays in peak berry season, we serve up warm cinnamon buns from our outdoor bread oven, free to anyone who comes to pick berries in our one-acre orchard. Come and check out our farm!

Benefit Concert Alumni Weekend

Cost: $120/person/night, meals and lodging

Once again we are happy to open up the Refuge to alumni of our programs for the weekend of our benefit concert. Come back on your own or with friends or family to enjoy a stay in the yurts, meals in the barn, and of course, the annual benefit concert. MORE…

Save the date! Come enjoy a very special evening of incredible music by singer/songwriter Peter Mulvey. The Wisconsin-born guitarist pushes the boundaries of the lyric folk tradition. Facilitating for Change: Transforming Places and Spaces in Polarized Times

Writers Retreat

This full weekend will offer a combination of guided prompts and solo writing time, story sessions, and meeting one-on-one with the instructor. Spoons for All – Spoon Carving Workshop

For more than 15 years, and with more than 2,000 people, we’ve taught spoon carving on this farm as a method for bringing people together and for accessing creativity.  Spoon carving, for us, has always been an important act of community building.
