Be a Refuge Weeks
Our “Be a Refuge” Weeks are open by application to any group in Northern New England who will benefit from a free retreat at the Refuge.
Every summer, through the generosity of our supporters and especially an anonymous donor at Vermont Community Foundation, Knoll Farm is able to gift several days of renewal to groups, tribes, and organizations that have been doing essential work in their communities and need the opportunity to rebuild and restore themselves.
How to Apply
This is an offering to those people and organizations who work tirelessly on behalf of their communities and would not otherwise has such an opportunity for refuge, for the chance to pause, regroup, reflect, renew.
Please write a one-page letter of intent about your group and why you could use this opportunity. Send to us by February 15th of each year. Awards will be made by March 15th.
What We’re Offering
We will provide meals and accommodations for 12-20 people for 4 nights. (Numbers may be limited by health and safety rules.) Beautiful, open air meeting spaces make us a safe place to come together again even in these times. Please go to our Refuge pages to learn more about our accommodations.
By joining our community, you become part of the story of this land.
Be the first to know when the berries are ripe, workshops are scheduled, or leadership fellowships are announced.
