Our grass-fed lamb is raised 100% on organically certified pastures. We do not feed grain, hormones or antibiotics. It is lean and tender, and we guarantee you a very healthy, nutritious and flavorful product. Icelandic Lamb is known for its mild flavor. Our butcher who we have used for 10 years does a wonderful job, and all packages come inspected, labeled with cut and weight, vacuum-sealed and frozen.

Rib chops are easy to cook quickly on the stovetop or grill. Rub with garlic, dijon, rosemary and coarse salt before cooking and cook on high heat for just a few minutes on each side.

NOTE: Rib chops come with 4 small chops per package, and each package weighs about .8 pound. Price is per package.
