Our grass-fed lamb is raised 100% on organically certified pastures. We do not feed grain, hormones or antibiotics. It is lean and tender, and we guarantee you a very healthy, nutritious and flavorful product. Icelandic Lamb is known for its mild flavor. Our butcher who we have used for 10 years does a wonderful job, and all packages come inspected, labeled with cut and weight, vacuum-sealed and frozen.

We love leg of lamb for special occasions, dinners with friends, and holidays. It makes a special centerpiece to any meal. Lamb absorbs spices and flavorings like no other meat, so don’t be shy to try Moroccan or other intense spices!

Please note: This product is $22/lb. It has variable weights so the price here is a deposit on the total. We will charge your card for the real amount, less this deposit, at pick up. Most of our roasts are between 3-5 lbs, and will serve 4-6 people.

We do not ship meat products – lamb purchases are for farm store pick-up or local delivery only.
